Boryspil Metro ???

Good Day

Does the Kiev Metro go as far as Boryspil Airport? If not, any ideas on the best way to get to the city centre. I heard taxis are a rip off !!!!!!!

No the Kiev Metro does not go as far as Boryspil Airport. It basically covers central Kiev only. There are buses from the airport to the centre but these can take forever and a day and can be a bit crowded. The most favorable way is by taxi or by private transfer. Taxi drivers like overcharging foreigners as their taxis don't have meters whereas private transfers are a fixed price if arranged beforehand. I always use private transfers for my own peace of mind
